THE GREAT HESITATION!

My college life has over. I have passed HSC exam with golden A+. I know that thing has become an old news. And I am not too much excited as I had done before. Because the result is not now the main matter to concern about. I am fearing about getting admission into a university.

I wanted to be a computer engineer but my fortune has not favored me at all. So I was not able to get admission in BUET. Then I tried for NSU after much trouble and there I succeeded . But one problem remained. It was Architecture in BUET. Now I am in the waiting list of that subject.

This two options make me quite restless. I don’t know where to go or what to prefer first. Now I am in a great hesitation about choosing my profession between this two. What will be suitable for me, either Architecture or CSE?

  1. As u wanted to b a Computer Engineer, why u r even thinking about Architecture? Yes, reality is, u ll ve a “LIFE” in BUET (This is what ppl says)! But it doesn’t mean, ppl has no “LIFE” who is passing from Private University with a CSE degree! To be honest in CSE the thing is, u wont learn much from the Texts or Classes, n ur University, also ur CGPA wont be a factor too in case of Job Market, the main factor is, what u ve on ur brain, what skill u ve got there. This is the main differences between CSE and other subjects! So, my suggestion is, forget about the Architecture, simply go for CSE! And why NSU? BRAC, AUST is better than NSU in case of CSE! Anyway, again University is not a big factor for CSE. So go ahead, wherever u want. And best of luck!

    1. Thank you very much for your suggestion.
But I have already prepared myself for BUET. It was my dream to be a student of that university, but I was not able to sort out the subject according to my own choice. It was my bad luck. I believe in my heart that I can carry on with any of the subjects. So, I have fixed my decision on it.
I don’t mean that there is no LIFE in private university. But when I get the chance of getting admitted in a public university, I think I should not miss it. After all my chance of getting admitted in a private university will remain for the next semester.
      Thank you again.
